Favourite TV show

I often try to pick/determine/choose my favourite TV show right now/this year/of all time, etc. Usually, I have no luck. And today will be no different; however, I'm going to try.

Categories: will assigning specific values help? Ie. Cat=Food; therefore, Good Eats or Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives.

Type: will discussing the type of show help? Ie. Type=SciFi; therefore, Battlestar Galactica (BSG) or Startrek:TNG.

Date: will determining dates help? Ie. Date=2009; BSG (easy)

Let's just try by yearbook style "Most likely to..."

Surprisingly good: Castle
Most likely to laugh aloud: How I Met Your Mother or Big Bang Theory (tie)
Most tedious-yet must watch: Lost
Guilty Pleasure: Chuck
Old Tyme Charm: Americas Funniest Videos

The Blindside

This movie is excellent! I need to sped more time watching movies that are uplifting instead of upsetting - this is a perfect example of a movie that makes you feel good. Its great to see a story about hope, such a refreshing change from what we normally get on TV and from movies.

Lifes too short to be unhappy, right?!

Empire Avenue

Windy, Rainy Saturday

What to do on a windy, rainy Saturday? I've got a couple of episodes of The Pacific to watch, an episode of Stargate Universe, an episode of Justified (great show!) and a few movies that my wife rented.


Andddd, what to eat for supper? Yikes - I've gotta get organized!
